Everyone in the Company is extremely competent yet very friendly and approachable. You can feel that the whole team has a common purpose that is to have a positive impact to the environment and society. The Company value diversity and it is truly inclusive.

Cons

I genuinely don’t have anything to complain about. When something doesn’t work you are allowed to say it and you know that you will be heard.

Love working with a company whose values are aligned with mine (sustainability, doing the right thing etc). Lots of employee focus programs for training and career development. Very good atmosphere and team spirit.

Cons

As the company is growing very fast, sometimes the workload is excessive.
