Pros

I joined Sonnedix over 2 years ago and have seen the company double in size (from 150 to 300). Even with the huge growth, the values can still be seen throughout the organisation and in each individual employee. It is an absolute pleasure to work in such a nice-natured and one team environment.

Cons

We have alot of systems which sometimes cause confusion, but we are in the process of simplifying this.

Sonnedix is a purpose-driven organisation, with a strong focus on education and development of its people and an impeccable sense of teamwork, not just among employees, but also with its partners. It's one of the healthiest work environments I have been in, and I have been quite lucky in that sense.

Cons

It is a lot of work that requires a strong, true commitment to the company's goal.
