Pros

The company lives by its values and listens. There is a feeling of comradery even with people you only see on video conferences. There is a lot to do, but you are also working with a great team to get it all done.

Cons

Some departments are still getting the gears going. and although the company in general moves with a teamwork and transparency mindset, some people don't really follow the same mindset.

In the last 5 months I joined Sonnedix as a HR Generalist. It has been a very interesting learning journey, developing my HR knowledge. I am working with a hugely multi-diversity group in a global organisation - I feel really excited about the opportunity I have been given!

Cons

It made my commute a little longer, but the office is absolutely beautiful it was worth the extra 20 minutes!
