Pros

Sonnedix continuously attempts to keep employees motivated and make them feel taken care of. There are many opportunities to develop one's abilities and interests, and therefore people want to stay so as to keep developing their careers. It is difficult to get bored. Sonnedix is always one step ahead, for example, during the pandemic, the company has showed a great ability to adapt and has given all sort of help to its employees.

Sonnedix has been the best workplace I have ever been throughout my career. The company culture is undeniably one that is a collection of shared values, goals and expectations, beliefs, company vision and habits. The leadership has proven most especially during this pandemic that their PEOPLE COMES FIRST and as an employee of almost 5 years, that means so much more to me than anything.
