Pros

A collaborative environment. Encourage staff in their development and promote within the firm on a regular basis. Staff take ownership and are expected to work towards a common goal. Senior management are highly visible and approachable. They it's all about the teams they have.

Cons

A fast paced and results driven environment means it can be a challenge at times. So if this is not your preferred style, this may not be the company for you.
