      Pay is on par with other local factories

      Dishonest about the 2-2-3 schedule. You will work 60-72 hours a week. Anyone you talk to will tell you it has always been this way. Sup-par machinery. Most of your effort will go into attempting to keep the line working. Non-existent leadership. While some co workers are helpful. Most of them only have the goal of getting through the night as easily as possible. Does not recognize doctor's as an excuse for absences. Prepare to have to chose between you and your family's well-being or the company.
