Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits start when you walk in the door. Pay is increasing and they are adding ways to increase your pay currently. Work is challenging but do-able. Factory is good for those that like to spend time in their own heads. The work schedule has you off every two to three days. Pull in $1000 every two weeks.
Cons
It's loud, and hot, and your co workers yell at you as that's the only way you'll hear them. 12 hour shifts are brutal when you start. Currently there's a lack of employees so you are put on the "On-Call" list and are almost required to be there on those days with or without a call.
