      You get 10 points, vacation after 3 months, and we don’t work much overtime

      Cons

      It’s hot when it’s hot and cold when it’s cold, and they’re very unorganized and expect you to pick up the slack that happens because of it

      To Hot, all the trim presses should have air-conditioning. Get people off the press more often just for water.
