Great Culture at my current location, organized and good team players so far. Organization as a whole handles its processes in a timely fashion. Every employee is encouraged to succeed and they offer many opportunities to do so.

Cons

I am fairly new and don't have any negatives at the moment.

Best Company I have ever worked for.

Pros

The management of this company actually cares for it's people. I have been here 15 years. I have worked in many places all over the country, and this company actually has a commitment to it's employees as opposed to just talking about it.

Cons

Sonoco is a very conservative company (financially). I would love to see a bigger commitment to technology and training.

Sonoco takes care about the PEOPLE and the purpose of our Company is a living statement, each day we work hard aligned with our Company goals but always based in our values for me is not a job is a career plan and part of my family

Cons

The división between our BU´s, in some new BU´s the alignement to our culture is not deploy as soon as our business is growing
