*Trustworthy leadership. Manufacturing environment is increasingly challenging and I have little doubt that Sonoco will be successful navigating new waters. *I enjoy the variety of work challenges and during my 11 years with Sonoco, I have had many new opportunities to grow and learn. *Culture is hard to beat.

Cons

I really can't think of a con. Sonoco is not perfect, but am pleased with the way they work through tough issues.
