      Pros

      The work environment is very laid back but sometimes it can be hectic if a product order has to go out at a certain time. The other employees are great to work with. They are 100% determined when it comes to safety and to the safety of their employees. Every level of management for lower to corporate are more than willing to listen to their employees and actually encourage their employees to come and talk to them, they even encourage their employees to call the corporate office if they have some kind of concern. or something. What company can you think of that actually offers their employees that want to seek mental health counseling a way to do so without for a certain time being no cost to the employees? None, I thought so. Sonoco offers this.

      Cons

      Communication on management level (from supervisor to managers) can be mixed. The long hours and what feels like non-stop overtime. I don't know about the other Sonoco plants but the one I work at they seem to want to keep being understaffed. What just puts a bigger workload on their current employees.
