      Interesting and diverse product offering in a variety of packaging mediums. This also means you have some talented people with great knowledge within the Sonoco that understand best practices within these industries. The overall concern for employee safety is top notch and part of the base values of the company.

      Cons

      For such a large company, certain divisions can be very short sited into future business opportunities. They are not willing to work with new customers if it requires any change or adjustments. Sonoco makes it hard for customers to do business with them because they are still very old school in their approach.
