Pros

A stable business that you can earn your salary if you work hard enough - which depends on your team. Opportunities to learn and get exposed to different aspects of consumer electronics development cycles due to its size and fairly open environment

Cons

Leadership delivered promises based on dreamt numbers, not projectable facts. Marketing tricks were used to boost internal morality while the reality at the end hurts the other way. Honesty to its capability is questionable

Pros

Great products, fun people, strong values, progressive atmosphere and work/life balance. Competitive compensation and lots of opportunities to grow your career.

Cons

Can be slow to pivot at times, but people are willing to try new things, so I mostly see this as an opportunity to make progress.
