Everyone who works is here is passionate and in the boat rowing in the same direction. Doors are open, titles don't matter and good ideas flow. Very focused culture with direct and transparent communications.

Cons

Due to the rapid pace of growth, you need to be able to move fast & thrive in ambiguity.
