      Pros

      ICs are passionate, hardworking, willing to help each other out. Software releases are faster Improved communication with Zoom and use of Slack. Free Bi-Weekly Lunches, Decent Snacks, Fresh Fruit Software/Hardware Release Swag Great employee culture, but slowly fading with a lot of people who have left or been let go

      Cons

      Constant change with no true signs of improvement. Silo-ed teams reduce transparency with no real quarterly/monthly organization meetings. Documentation needs work or employee growth will struggle Lots of low quality pictures in different areas. As someone else mentioned, don't expect too much growth unless you're a part of the Microsoft club.

      Pros

      Great people, great product, great perks and a great culture at first. Dedication to doing the right thing for their customers. Seems to really try to do the right thing for their employees, but...

      Cons

      Told that everyone has a voice but quickly disparraged when outspoken. Continued to over hire and overspend though everyone knew the sales forecasting and market planning was flawed, resulting in layoffs. Product development is very slow due to indecisive upper management and too many cooks in the kitchen fighting over their piece of the pie.
