      Pros

      Very positive, great working culture, can be hectic especially in the dept I am working in. Training is great, great mentors etc. Really looking forward to a lifelong career here

      Cons

      Work life balance can be off during peak period which can be most of the time. Common with most companies, there's always politics and bureaucracy

      Systematic and organized. Good guidance from senior. Good working environment and good relationship among peers.

      Cons

      Unsupported management team. Management has very least of voice out on employee benefits and general welfare such as canteen food, office validation system.
