Learn from 80B international business, enjoy the products, communicate with Japanese people.

Cons

Impossible to provide feedback to change wrong management decisions, for example stock depth decrease from 6 to 3 months, which, as it is impossible to bring enough with cowardly Sales team, disrupted supply and caused permanently empty shelves and turnover decline. Managing director «cured» it with a price increase to be able to report about the profit growth. But only for long, as it killed business. A global suicide strategy without a chance to change cause Japanese do not argue with bosses. Sometimes poor product — JBL-like speakers.
