Pros
The people are amazing: you create lifelong bonds and friendships. Work life balance: not everyone but for a majority of people.
Cons
Pay is ok: you can make more at other companies in the area. EA role is a dead end position: there is no growth for this role and HR has confirmed it. To HR/company, you are a glorified secretary. Some lazy people: like every company, there are some low performers / lazy people who have mastered the art of talking really well but don't work themselves.
