      The work is amazing, you can really see the world of gaming in it`s true nature and it`s a challange everday!

      Cons

      I worked for the Benelux organisation and after 3 years it`s difficult to get promotion or grow within your function

      Pros

      A few years ago was a truly global company making good use of the local expertise of staff. There was a great collaborative culture. It was also a lot of fun.

      Cons

      The company has been “globalised” - ie all decision making and power has moved to the US. Poor / overly US centric decisions are made. The company has become quite political with good people pushed out by incoming US senior leadership.
