Start Up Team Feeling w/ No Career Growth
Pros
The Network Advertising team is very new, which throws you into many accounts. If you're looking for fast pace and also longer learning curve, this is the best place.
Cons
There is no work culture, which is something that I struggle with since joining the team. There is little to no comradery. The senior leadership team is very disconnected in what CSMs, AOMs, and CPs do. To the point where when they roll out new products or updated rate cards they do not take input from some of the CS/CP team. This has actually caused more issues and the reason why a lot of folks are leaving. There is also no room for growth. Don't expect to get promoted. I consistently discussed my career path and asked for an outline of my road map to promotion. Each time I met all expectations and checked off everything that would give me reason to get promoted, I was met with more obstacles.
