      Great team and culture. Heaps of company benefits and does its best to keep personal wellness front of mind.

      Reasonability flat structure with little room for career progression. Can be large workloads.

      I love the teams and the freedom to organize our teams. Engineering and Programs are efficiently run. I like it here.

      Cons

      Some inefficiency and internal politics keep it from being great. I think the Directors need to do more practical work to serve the teams and talk less.
