      Pros

      Company perks - free movies, company events, on-site medical and dental, occasional set visits to television shows. On-site dining, company store, coffee bean.

      Cons

      The coordinator is actually an assistant. The upper management does not want to help the coordinator grow because they want the coordinator to assist them. Constantly undervalued, verbally abused and no room to grow.

      Cons

      Very corporate, political and hierarchical. Corporate legal department is very stale with poor management and no growth.
