Pros
Decent salary, excellent benefits. Time off during the holidays in December every year.
Cons
Vacation policy is antiquated, providing the majority of employees with 3 weeks off per year, not including the paid time off during the holidays. A more progressive vacation policy is needed. For example, employees of Sony Corp. and Sony Interactive receive "Flexible Time Off". Depending on the department, senior leadership tends to be uncommunicative and there seems to be a lot of jockeying for position by keeping information close to the vest.
