Pros

Employee perks, gym, benefits, happy hour and good process for onboarding

Cons

Unrealistic expectations! The company recently changed salary employees to hourly but still expect deadlines to be met. A lot of my coworkers are working extra time to get the job done and not being compensated for overtime. They won’t approve it! Constant change in senior leadership who make poor company decisions. Expectations for high performance and low pay. Office environment is dark, cold and quiet. You can hear a pin drop. No one communicates in there but still won’t let us work from home ? On top of that terrible terrible traffic into Culver City with major HQs in the same city. It takes 40 min to get to the freeway !!! Very unmotivating to say the least.

Pros

• Talented teams with strong creative and technical skills • Projects often offer unique challenges and learning opportunities • Access to industry-standard tools and resources

Cons

• Organizational changes and role adjustments can occur with limited context or communication • Career progression in certain paths may be unclear or difficult to navigate • Processes for raising and resolving workplace concerns are not always consistent or effective • Expectations and responsibilities are not always clearly defined, which can contribute to workplace stress • Limited remote work flexibility — hybrid policy typically requires four days per week in-office
