      Brand name in the industry.

      Cons

      To list only a few, management are out of touch with the audience, industry, technology, and trends. Will protect the dumbest current employees and refuse to hire anyone from outside the company. This company will get sued for discriminating against external candidates(its not if they do,its when)

      Pros

      Benefits (if you are a blue badge holder). The studio lot, being the old MGM lot is full of wonderful Hollywood history. Being on the West Side, I think it has one of the best locations,

      Cons

      The current management has no vision or leadership. It does not value its employees, especially those who have been loyal and have been with the company for 10+ years.
