Pros
Good overall culture and benefits. Lots of flexibility in terms of working from home. Office has good vibes and lots of fun activity happens. Open culture and people usually help each other. You can find people from all races and country here.
Cons
Upper Management (CIO) doesn't care of mid-level/ground level professional and take the words of your VP as it is. Being Director and executive director means nothing here as they don't have any decision, hiring or firing power. Work for VP who has diversified ethnicity in his/her group.
