Pros

Had some smart and talented people on my team. I can't speak much for the rest of the company.

Cons

The company is slow moving, lots of red tape, and if you're ambitious, it's more about the team and boss you work for than anything else. Our team did great. Most other business units sucked to work for.

Pros

Many employees have been here for over 20 years, likely because they would struggle to find similar opportunities elsewhere.

Cons

Management seems to have closed the door on career development opportunities for employees at the lower levels of the organization. It's clear that many in leadership positions have advanced primarily due to tenure, rather than fostering growth for those beneath them. There’s a false sense of inclusivity and diversity when you look at who actually holds the top positions.

Pros

Lovely studio production facility, well maintained.

Cons

They force you out or subject you to a layoff without making any attempt to help you find a new job with the company.
