Pros

Generally good people to be around (if you're lucky) but that is dampened by excessively poor and misguided leadership (see below).

Cons

Sadly, Sony is a worn out assembly line of poor ideas and industry breakthroughs that are too late to be even remotely relevant. And on top of this, the workhorses behind this assembly line are overworked, underpaid and bullied by toxic out of touch executives who are too busy clinging to relevance and lucrative contracts to care about the people beneath them. This kind of toxic cycle allows managers to constantly fail upwards.
