      Pros

      Great benefits, very nice on-site environment and experience socially. Competitive pay for the current market. Would have loved to grow and stay in the studio sphere but sadly lateral movement was not possible for me.

      Cons

      This is very team dependent, but at least in Marketing there was no work life balance and a very outdated expectation of dedicating your entire life to a constant state of stress and urgency at the cost of your personal life and mental health. Incredibly poor experience with management and team coordination.
