      Pros

      Pay is competitive, campus is beautiful , benefits are good, perks like free gym membership.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking. So much politics. Lots of red tape. Lots of layers. So many people have to chime in to make simple decisions. No one stays in their lane.

      Great benefits, great work-life balance and company culture

      Cons

      It's the best company I've worked for so far. Occasionally there are re-orgs and some might lose their jobs but that's anywhere you go.

      Great people to work with WFH support is great while it lasts Benefits are standard for the industry

      If you’ve been there for over 5 years, you live in constant fear of losing your job. Layoffs are almost quarterly and constant. I guarantee all the 4 and 5 star reviewers are relatively new to SPE. I’ve seen so many talented people come and go because of this over the years. It lowers morale for the remaining employees. Aside from that, upper management is atrocious and HR looks the other way no matter how they behave. Very low pay. Lots of egos at this place without the goods to back it up. Tech is outdated.
