Network, some quality shows, access to senior management, small staff so plenty of responsibilities to help you grow

Cons

Understaffed, very political, underpayed for the amount of work you do, hard to move within the company in a timely manner compared to studios

Pros

This is a good company to work for and they really care about their employees. The work life balance is perfect. If I could work here forever, I would.

Cons

There are very few cons about working here. We do see everyday cases where management tends to hire people that are somehow related. Not sure if that is the case throughout the organization, but it does exist.
