      Really enjoyed my internship!

      Pros

      The internship program was very well structured with fun events as well as interesting speakers to get us more educated about all of the different opportunities within Sony. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming

      Cons

      The department I was in specifically did not really seem in need of an intern. I did what needed to be done and everyone was very helpful, but it would have been nice to have been given more responsibilities.

      Cushy job, company not going anywhere fast

      Pros

      -All of my coworkers are genuinely very nice people. -My best bosses were generally thoughtful and my one really bad boss got fired in due time

      Cons

      -My coworkers were not incredibly ambitious or passionate about their work, which at times was annoying to me. -Corporate services like HR and IT could be really slow to get things done -Limited ability to move around within the company for tech people

      Great work life balance

      Pros

      Work/life balance is excellent. There's a gym, coffee bean and Wolfgang Puck cafeteria onsite for employees. Compensation is fair but bonuses are usually around 10% or above depending on your manager and performance. Company overall invests in their employees.

      Cons

      Limited career paths and more work has has been piled on the recent years. Currently there does not seem to be solution to keep quality employees.
