      Pros

      Great work environment, good benefits, good pay. All the people I've had to interact with within my department, as well as outside of the department were very easy to work with. The gym amenities are awesome and the Coffee Bean and new commissary on the lot was a big plus.

      Cons

      In the department I was in, moving up was a challenge because an Manager and above needed to leave before you can get promoted.
