      Pros

      Diversity within "Sony." Enjoy perks, extended holiday @ year-end. Sony has such potential!!

      Cons

      Need tighter communications within. Feel firm spends an astounding amount of funds on frequent office moves/rotations. Have found a remarkable count of stable bodies with a very small work volume (i.e., working 10-16 hours/week in a 40-hour work week... ouch). Time to alter work ethics (not all, but astoundingly enough).

      Pros

      -Great company to work for, the place, the environment and the name. -Screening, events. -Friendly staff and coworkers. -Work on the lot and meet high profile talent.

      Cons

      -Interns are not involved in any sort of staff meeting or work. -Lots of clerical duties (which are good to do and great as groundwork) but end up doing that all the time. -Not a lot of chances to discuss future possibilities of employment. -Lack of interaction between interns and management.

      Extremely political... stay under the radar Nepotism is alive and well No where to go w/employee issues (hr is weak)
