Respectful behaviours in the office Several initiaves (volunteering, sports, socializing etc) Interesting benefits (gym, transport, discounts on products...) So many different colleagues (engineers & Sales marketing together) 2 days in home office

Cons

Limited career choices (flat hierarchy) Poor diversity representation (white male 40-50+) Some pressure coming from the Head quarter (like in any of the big corporates)
