      - lots of projects - many different aspects of work, always learning - free to implement your creativity in benefits of the company - nice team and communicative coworkers - life-work ballance

      Cons

      - its a huge corportion, sometimes you need to get some approvements from dozens of people and units to make your work done or reedited. The more iterations, the higher chance of miscomunications, when you can get opposite expectations from different departments over one project.
