      I have worked at Sony for the past two years and half, and so far my experience working here is great. - Performance and goal driven environment - Flexible working hours - Great team, with diverse skills

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the projects here, the results may take yearst to become public and to get disclosed. Which may delay the publicity of the contributions done in the project.

      - Provide Japanese lessons, relocation assistance - Western style company, no real overtime, very multi-cultural - By Japanese standards the pay is very good - Fairly casual management structure - Annual bonus and stock grant

      - Sometimes seems to be lacking clear direction. - Each team operates differently so it's hard to make overall assessments. - Not located with any other Sony groups - No subsidized lunch provided like at headquarters
