      Pros

      They have a really good work life balance. The office culture is cool. You can wear jeans depending on the department you are in and on occasions you may be in the elevator with a big executive or a music star. The company is very verbal in the changes that are being made. You would hear from the CEO on several occasions.

      None, its a great company to work for. They have great benefits.

      Too much hierarchy Avg. Age of Senior Management is 55, which obviously reduces the aggression in them and they are not willing to take risks to expand the business. Not many challenging roles Not a place for aggressive people looking to grow in the industry
