      Evolved management practices, Process oriented, much planning and thought process involved, great exposure to consumer electronic products and balanced work-personal life balance

      Cons

      it is difficult to figure out a con as such, if you love consumer lifestyle products and have a flair for tech products, you will have a great time here

      Pros

      Brand name unlocks tremendous opportunities in music, sports and entertainment spaces. Employees love the brand and want the best for Sony. Friendly office and co-workers become life long friends.

      Cons

      Company in significant decline. Atmosphere is pressured and does not reward risk. Everyone is stressed out about making the numbers and make knee jerk decisions, constantly changing direction.
