1. less salary other than competitor 2. Hire person without experience as management level 3. boss only want the result but can't give advice how to do it 4. to much spent money to do something useless 5. everybody feel happy when sent their resignation letter (graduation day) 6. management often hold meetings until past midnight

A little bureaucractical management style. All top management are japanese and bottle neck for local staff. Too many meetings which are inefficient. Not good team work between different departments.
