Pros

Sorenson Communications has great ethics. I liked the team leaders, trainers and management. I also liked the other communication assistants. All very personable.

Cons

For me there were cons because it was not a very good job fit for me. Stressful for the person that can't multi-task very well.

Pros

Wonderful people, rewarding work, helping the deaf and hard-of-hearing, flexible schedules. I respect the management team, the focus of the work and the benefits of working for Sorenson.

Cons

I wish the location was a little closer to my home. My job does not include tuition reimbursement, I wish it did. The FCC controls Sorenson's direction and hampers their ability to grow and maintain the best service for their consumers.

Pros

Easy work but incredibly boring and mind numbing, good pay for the job you do, very flexible schedule. Good for someone that just needs a little extra cash.

Cons

Micro-managers, constantly training you on some new un-necessary program, non-stop emails, always taking away hours and then wanting to add them at their convenience, and no ability to move up (if you wanted to, but not sure who really could do this job full-time!).
