      Flexible schedule is nice for people who really need it

      Cons

      Pretty bad management, secret tests that can be challenging, you get written up if you dont get a high enough score. The job is extremely boring and it sucks to listen to peoples phone calls. This is a dead end job, the kind you do while in school or if you have no other options.
