Business Outlook
Pros
Working from home provides easy access to hrs and convenient to be home. Self care is easier from home because I have access to my kitchen and body care items like hot pads and ice.
Cons
The pay is not commiserate with my experience. Additionally, I'm responsible to cover all overhead costs for this huge corporation. I pay for all the office furniture, lighting, internet, and office supplies. They only pay for technology equipment. They received a huge bump of $99.00/hr from the FCC and only gave me a "catch up" raise of $1.50/hr. Prior to that, my pay was flat for over decade. They are an investment company that only cares about their profit margin.
