      Suitable First Job but Not Ideal for Long-Term

      Pros

      Management is great. They are involved, communicative, and thorough. Company culture is great as well. There are a lot of company events and activities that encourage employees to connect. The work itself is somewhat fulfilling and easy to do as a WFH position.

      Cons

      There is little to no room for career advancement, at least at the lower level. The pay is minimum wage, so this job is good as a side hustle for students but not enough to live off of.
