Good benefits (which they are actively trying to take away) & friendly coworkers

Cons

The executives can't help but lie about the product and the opportunity. The owner acts like a victim who was blindsided by a bad business plan. HR is a state ran department who either doesn't have the ability or want help employees . Partners have no interest in working with the company, and I don't blame them. Anyone who was talented has either left, been told to leave, or not valued. It is sad to see. The company had great potential at one point but bad decisions, ego, and terrible fiscal responsibility has destroyed any chance they had.
