Pros
If you are not a software engineer then only there are chances of some pros being there. Its a good company for Designers and Managers but for Software engineers, its hell.
Cons
No work life balance Poor development practices.:No code reviews, no architecture design ,no unit testing. Once you are here, difficult to get out and get a job somewhere else. They will drain you life, 24x7 there will be work which you won't like at all. If you love your life, stay away! When I joined the company, it was doing really well, some exciting projects were there and some really good people as well. Now everything has changed, slowly slowly, all company benefits are going away, good people are also getting fired, No one is sure what will happen next. A lot of people from sales and HR have left the company. You can't trust anyone in the top management and specially the CEO, he is selfish and a mean guy.
