The projects if they ever come up are pretty interesting and challenging and there is a lot of scope for you to learn as a fresher
Cons
Terrible hikes(Zero) and misers. Terrible HR. Horrible Work Environment. Projects dried up

Very helpful seniors, quite friendly environment with good quality work. Flexible work timings and good work-life balance.
Cons
Work location is bit far (though not a real constraint). No on spot recognitions.

Pros
The transformation after acquisition is tremendous as I was part of before & after phase. I was in a dilemma before accepting the offer looking at old reviews but now I do not regret my decision. The company is not limiting only on mobile projects but moving in new edge technologies like AI, IOT and Machine Learning. An opportunity for new technology hunters. Management is very supportive and approachable. Good environment to work with state of the art setup.
Cons
Their were many common cons before but its with every company.

Pros
Sourcebits in its early years, when it was in a startup phase, was one of the best places to work at. There were some really smart people there and very less hierarchy. You were directly in touch with the then CEO. The salary was not that great, but the work, its culture and environment was great.
Cons
After its acquisition by Globo, a lot of good talent pool left Sourcebits. There were infinite new hires, and most of them were to just fill in the empty slots that lead to sharp decrease of smart people in the company.
