Pros

Flexible and innovative culture make this a cutting edge publisher. Promote from within and encourage employees to share ideas that will help company grow. Genuinely care about well being of employees. Lots of opportunities.

Cons

Outdated systems and processes, lack of standards and consistency. Poor communication and training across departments. Many managers lack appropriate skills and qualifications to manage well.

Pros

The people you work with are good, probably the only reason for staying.

Cons

Toxicity of high management especially wrong project priority, unreasonable deadlines and uncompromising rules. You will be asked to work long hours and weekends not to mention that the work life balance is non-existent. You will continue to lose great associates if you keep up these practices.
