Cons
Sourcebooks takes advantage of recent college grads and entry-level professionals. I don't mean the low pay. I mean that inexperienced new hires have no reference for what a functional, respectful workplace should look like. A CEO shouting at and belittling her employees is NEVER OK, yet employees are encouraged to pretend like she's just "a force of nature" and go with it. Turnover is sky-high for a reason.
