The people are the best part of Sourced. Very talented people, but they may not stay around for long with the changes implemented by the parent company.

Cons

Since the acquisition by Amdocs the company has become a very different place. Many joined the organisation for its culture but that has been dramatically changed by the parent company which is a shame.
